We truly enjoyed the good breakfast served with fresh items. The hotel was in a magnificent location near to a working farm setting and Knowledge and Solihull.

The stay in this absolutely great hotel was superb and we would come here again. The location was marvellous and stunning, close enough to a farm in an outhouse, and the nearest pub, about 1.5-2 miles away with non-pavement lanes, in a lovely area....  

Stunning and amazing location in the ‘ back garden', excellent facilities. Also - not far from Birmingham, the canal near Knowle and the Saffron Indian Restaurant in Knowle town centre and taxis & or public...  

The location was beautiful - close enough to local shop or supermarket, Birmingham Airport and fields of alpacas.

We would happily return, liked its lovely and stunning location. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is brilliant.

The location of the property was stunning and amazing as we were close enough to the motorways and the canal near Knowle. The place had a special atmosphere. The room was great-sized and new-fashioned with breakfast. ...  

It has excellent and lovely location on the outskirts of Birmingham in a very affluent area.

The staff was fantastically friendly, the room was modern, everything was first-class. The location was amazing, near to the back garden and the nearest pub. English bar was superb.

The location was incredible to the black boy pub for real English pub and the staff here was pretty friendly. And it was also right by Knowledge, many different areas and the farm is found. The room was good sized and new-fashioned with a kettle, amazing views, as example and the overall experience on a sunny weekend was RELAXING. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were available too.

Good breakfast with fresh items was available. The location was quiet and perfect, near to Stratford-Upon-Avon, the nearest pub and the main road network.

We had satisfactory breakfasts with the filter coffee provided, special mention to accommodating and amicable staff.

Cosy chalet, comfy bed, cleanliness, countryside feel, stunning views, adjustable heating.

No complaints.

Thanks for a pleasant overnight stay - would love to go back. Overall, it's lovely base for exploring Solihull attractions. The staff is very friendly, amicable. There is plenty of outstanding food for breakfast.

It was right by Solihull, and a farm, handy and glorious location overall.
